Understand a Wi-Fi or internet problem on Windows
Connected, but a page will not load? Start by finding out which part of the connection needs attention.
Narrow down the symptom
Try another website and check whether another device on the same network can connect. A problem in one app, one PC and every device are different starting points. Note what fails before changing settings.
Network Clarity gives you a read-only check of internet access, DNS, IP configuration, router connectivity, Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and Windows networking services. A scan does not change network settings.
Read the scan before making a change
- Open Network Clarity and run Quick Scan.
- Read the detected issues, severity and plain-language explanations. Basic connection information and every detected issue are available for free.
- Use the evidence to decide what to investigate next. A VPN or proxy indicator describes part of the connection; it is not automatically a fault.
A scan is a snapshot of the connection at that moment. An intermittent problem can require another check when the symptom occurs.
Keep diagnosis and repair separate
Network Doctor Pro is an optional one-time lifetime Microsoft Store upgrade in the same app. It adds recommendations, expected benefits and tradeoffs, complete technical evidence, Deep Scan, local history and reports.
Eligible repairs require Pro and explicit consent. Ambiguous, high-impact or administrator-sensitive actions remain guided or blocked. Neither a paid upgrade nor a scan guarantees higher speeds or a fix for an ISP, router or hardware problem.
Scan records stay on the PC. Ordinary connectivity tests contact network services; reports leave the app only when you choose to export them. Review exports before sharing them.
